Account Manager

News Radio 1330 AM and 107.9 FM WEBO is continuing to grow rapidly in ratings and revenue, and is limited only by the ability of our sales employees. The Radigan Broadcasting Group, LLC presently has Full-Time Openings in our Sales Department for 1330-AM, 107.9-FM and webo1330.com. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter and resume IMMEDIATELY for consideration.

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Responsible for selling commercial air time and event sponsorships for local businesses on News Radio 1330 WEBO-AM, 107.9-FM and webo1330.com.
- Responsible for advertising campaign development including: strategic marketing concepts, radio script development, and promotional idea generation.
- Project Management of the execution of all advertising and promotional campaigns sold.
- Develop and/or increase client base through prospecting, cold calls, client presentations.
- Represent the company in a highly ethical and professional manner at all times.
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, and special events as needed.

Qualifications:
- Prior outside sales experience.
- Media sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling intangible goods/services preferred.
- Must be highly motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission, paid holidays, paid vacation, company cell phone, and eligible for health care after 90 days. Additional incentives may be offered for exceptional performance.
